Just outside my door a spider missing 2 legs, Limpy and a spiny caterpillar, Spiky.
As you all know, if you have followed any of my 365 Photography, I name my bug subjects.
As long as the little nasty things stay outside, I am fine with them.
Here I have a 18 month old Sassy Pants!
I dusted off my camera for the first time in probably 2 weeks yesterday.
Oh, How I missed you, let me count the ways….
Back on the 365 project wagon. Wait? Can I even jump back on? Or do I need to start at day 1?
That’s a depressing thought.
It’s no secret Chris and I have been working a lot lately. I had a few deadlines that had to be met yesterday, but once that was over we went to the park.
We had our picnic dinner in our neighborhood park and played.
It was fun and relaxing…until we had to leave.
Oh the breakdowns!
Here are a few shots I took of their playtime.
One of the best big brothers out there!
My little ladies!
She’s a daredevil! Always taking her hands off the chains. I have a feeling she will love roller coasters
Just a Swingin’
It literally pains me to admit that I have failed with taking a photo everyday. I’ve been so busy, that I hadn’t taken the time to just photograph everything.
I made it past 2 months, but that’s pretty sad considered there are 12 in a year.
Anyway, I’m not going to dwell, and I will continue to take photos and will get back on the horse and make time.
Here we are at a race Chris did. I love races with playgrounds…makes it so much easier for me….
I’ve come to the conclusion that Sophia doesn’t like to be a baby. She wants to be a teenager. She’s 17 months going on 16. When we go out, she wants to drive the car…and at times will throw a fit.
I can’t fathom what she will be like as she gets older. I’m just going to trust God on that one, and pray all the time…lol
Lydia was having her usual “I don’t wanna be in picture’ phase, so that’s why she isn’t in these.
He was pretty excited about the monkey bars, until it ripped his hand open.
Waiting to race…I dunno what it is about him on a bike, but it melts my butter!
My fiery redhead!
365Project Day 78 ~ The Dino Museum!
FINALLY, WE MADE IT!
It has been in town since February and we finally went.
We made sure we put that on our Million Dollar Day list, as we kept saying ‘Someday’. Whew, it was nice to actually cross that sucker off the list.
The kids had a great time, and after we saw the dinos, we explored more of the Witte.
They had dinos that looked real and moved!
After we saw the dinosaurs we went to the HEB Science Treehouse in the museum. Pretty cool stuff!
Here are some of the photos I took of that day.
So life like…BAHAHAHAHAHA
He needs a toothbrush
Lydia’s chin met the hardwood floor earlier in the week. That’s why it is such a pretty color of purple and greens
A resting Monarch
Such a pretty butterfly.
Since I name all my creatures I photograph, she will be, Minnie
Sophia loves water. When we go swimming she always wants me to let go of her. I constantly have to keep my eyes on her as she will just jump off the edge.
Ready or not she is coming.
She gets a big kick out of the hose and sprinkler.
At the ripe ole age of 5, the attitude comes out at times.
She didn’t like when I told her ‘no’ to something.
She has such sass.
I have to say….I am lovin’ it
